Saucony lists both running shoes as being suitable for runners who suffer from mild to severe pronation on the one hand, but then lists the Saucony Guide ISO 2 as being for moderate pronation and the Saucony Hurricane ISO 5 as being for moderate and severe pronation.

The Saucony Hurricane ISO 5 is not expected to be a very flexible running shoe either, because it is meant to deliver a good amount of cushioning, and the crystal rubber does not provide deep side-to-side flex grooves.

The Saucony Guide ISO 2 is lighter than the Saucony Hurricane ISO 5 for both men and women.

If you are a moderate overpronator who is not only looking for a soft ride but also a smooth ride and a custom fit, you could look into either the Saucony Guide ISO 2 or the Saucony Hurricane ISO 5.
