Therefore, the Saucony Ride ISO relies mostly on the amount of foam under the midfoot to provide support, which is why the Mizuno Wave Rider 22 is generally considered to be a bit more stable than the Saucony Ride ISO.

Both running shoes can deliver an overall soft ride to runners, but the Mizuno Wave Rider 22 has been found to deliver a bit more heel cushioning than forefoot cushioning and also more heel cushioning than the Saucony Ride ISO does, especially to men.
