Hi! I started this motion control running shoes web site as a way to share with you what I know and have found out while shopping for sneakers.

You see… about a year and a half ago, I was very heavy and out of shape, so I wanted to do something about it. I bought a random pair of sneakers and started walking every afternoon. After about 3 weeks, my knees started hurting terribly, so I went to see my doctor and she told me that I was wearing the wrong type of shoes, because I had flat feet.

After that I started researching several brands of athletic shoes such as Brooks, ASICS, New Balance, Adidas, and Nike, and came to the conclusion that I needed a pair of motion control running or walking shoes.

I’d like to share what I found about about all of these running shoes with you and also my own experience going through my own fair share of many pairs of motion control running shoes until I found the perfect ones for me.
